Jim Lazarz

Jim Lazarz is a Senior Consultant specializing in sales compensation effectiveness.  He has over 30 years of leadership experience in human resources, compensation plan design, incentive and sales compensation, and sales performance management software.

Jim has held corporate leadership roles in the financial services, manufacturing, public utility and high tech industries, including AVP of Sales Compensation at CUNA Mutual Group, a world-wide financial services firm dealing with credit unions and their members.  In Wisconsin, Jim was a consultant with QTI Consulting Group, a midwest consulting firm.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and holds the Socieity of Human Resource Management SPHR designation.  A skilled public speaker, he has presented at national level meetings on topics including sales compensation design and SPM software.

Jim is active in numerous non-profits including JDRF, Habitat for Humanity, National Ski Patrol, and various food banks.
