Margaret Dyekman


Margaret Dyekman is the founder and President of Corporate Compensation Services.  She has over 20 years of experience in executive management and consulting, all with a focus on how employers can best motivate and reward their employees through the right pay, performance, and communication strategies.  Margaret has successfully run a national compensation and benefits survey business as well as consulted to scores of employers in all types of industries. 

Prior to founding Corporate Compensation Services, Margaret was the President and Chief Operating Officer of WageWatch, Inc., the leading industry Web-based compensation survey company in the U.S.  Margaret oversaw the development of key industry and trade association relationships and development of survey products in the hospitality and healthcare industries and for non-profits, call centers, higher-education institutions, and cross-industry employers.  Previously she held senior consulting positions with Towers Perrin and Segal/Sibson Consulting and corporate management positions in the banking and healthcare industries.  One of her expertises is consulting to not-for-profit Boards of Directors and Trustees on executive and broad-based compensation programs.


Margaret has presented at local, regional, and national conferences for the Society of Human Resources Management, WorldatWork,  College and University Professional Association-Human Resources (CUPA-HR), and HR in Hospitality.  She has been published in SHRM periodicals as well as WorldatWork's professional magazine and journal and is an author of a section in the Survey Best Practices book.
